QAre products covered by warranty?

Our focus is on quality and affordability. It is important to note that all products adhere to Australia’s highest quality standards and is honoured with an appropriate warranty period as specified by the manufacturer.
QDo you deliver?

Yes we do. For Sunshine Coast area and orders over $300. We can organise a courier for any orders outside of this area.
QDo you have a retail outlet?

Yes we do! Please give us a call on 0438 935 532 to book in a time to come in and have a look.
 
QDo you offer a free pickup service?

Yes we certainly do! Free pickup can be arranged from our warehouse in Caloundra.
QDo your products have WaterMarks certification?
A
Yes. Mandatory products all comply with the Plumbing Code of Australia and the relevant Australian Standards.  The WaterMark™ logo, pictured below, the relevant product standard and the license number will be marked on the product itself.
