1. Shipping

Delivery

Delivery costs vary depending on size and location. Please contact us for exact shipping quotes prior to purchasing your items. Art Bathrooms does not ship outside of Australia.
 
At Art Bathrooms, we utilise the following shipping and delivery methods:
 
Australia Post

Many lightweight items can be shipped via Australia Post. Our standard shipping arrangement will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a notice with alternative arrangements will be left at your residence (usually your parcel will be stored at your local post office for pick up). You can select an option at checkout to leave the order at your door, however Art Bathrooms will not be responsible for missing items if this option is chosen.
 
Couriers and Freight Companies
 
For larger items that cannot be shipped via Australia Post, we will send them through one of several freight carriers. Our freight deliveries are sent straight to your doorstep and require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that the items have been received in a reasonable order. Due to liability issues, the purchaser is responsible for bringing any merchandise into their home or building site, so we recommend that you have someone available to help with any heavier items.

Items will be delivered to the address you provided when placing the order. Many of our couriering partners are unable to deliver to a PO box so we suggest you provide a street address for delivery. If you provide a PO box as the delivery address we may need to contact you for an alternative delivery address and this will delay delivery times.
 
If, for any reason, our couriering partner is not able to successfully deliver your order they should leave a card with further delivery instructions. You will be responsible for arranging redelivery of your items. Should you not arrange a redelivery, Art Bathrooms reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. shipping and storage) or to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the sale amount minus all shipping costs incurred by Art Bathrooms.


2. Change of mind returns

We want you to feel confident when buying from Art Bathrooms. Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item for a replacement, store credit or a full refund. Things to know about change of mind returns:
  • We will require the item to be unused and in its original undamaged packaging.
  • We will charge you a 20% restocking fee for all change of mind purchases.
  • There is no return for change of mind on sale items.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of having been received.
  • All shipping costs incurred by Art Bathrooms are not refundable.
  • No refunds will be made until the goods have been received and inspected.
  • Art Bathrooms reserves the right to reject any exchange or offer partial refund.

It is strongly recommended that goods are returned using registered post services with appropriate insurance. Art Bathrooms will not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Art Bathrooms reserves the right to reject any exchange or offer partial refund.


3. Damaged or faulty returns

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving items.
You will be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment.  Art Bathrooms will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item, or provide you with a store credit or a full refund. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you will be responsible for any associated expenses if you do so).

We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in a non-functional way; or failure to take reasonable care.


4. Warranty claims

Art Bathrooms works closely with suppliers to ensure all products have appropriate warranties. Please email info@artbathrooms.com.au to submit a warranty claim.

You will be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment.  Art Bathrooms will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item, or provide you with a store credit or a full refund. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you will be responsible for any associated expenses if you do so).

5. Disclaimers

Occasionally, technical difficulties occur affecting pricing and availability or the ability to update inventory information. Art Bathrooms retain the right to refuse any purchases made during such times.

All measurements of products are subject to size variation. Art Bathrooms will not be responsible for any errors or omissions within this website.
