Returns
1. Change of mind returns
We want you to feel confident when buying from Art Bathrooms. Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item for a replacement, store credit or a refund. Things to know about change of mind returns:
- We will require the item to be unused and in its original undamaged packaging.
- Return of goods due to incorrect or cancelled orders or change of mind will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- There is no return for change of mind on sale items or customised products.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of having been received.
- All shipping costs incurred by Art Bathrooms are not refundable.
- No refunds will be made until the goods have been received and inspected.
- Art Bathrooms reserves the right to reject any exchange or offer a partial refund.

It is strongly recommended that goods are returned using registered post services with appropriate insurance. Art Bathrooms will not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Art Bathrooms reserves the right to reject any exchange or offer a partial refund.
2. Damaged or faulty returns
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving items.
You will be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment. Art Bathrooms will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item or provide you with a store credit or a full refund. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you will be responsible for any associated expenses if you do so).
We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in a non-functional way; or failure to take reasonable care.
3. Warranty claims
Art Bathrooms works closely with suppliers to ensure all products have appropriate warranties. Please email info@artbathrooms.com.au to submit a warranty claim.

4. Disclaimers
Occasionally, technical difficulties occur affecting pricing and availability or the ability to update inventory information. Art Bathrooms retain the right to refuse any purchases made during such times.
All measurements of products are subject to size variation. Art Bathrooms will not be responsible for any errors or omissions within this website.
