Nood Co Concrete is a natural material and has some pinholes, colour variation, and is close to the sample colours but never perfect. Colours portrayed in photographs of Nood basins can often be different to the colour delivered. Nood does not offer returns for this scenario.
Once the Nood product is installed, the capacity to return/refund the item becomes void.
